Special Report: EZZ Life Science has inked a four-year global distribution agreement with Aumake for the distribution and sale of exclusive co-developed EZZ-branded products.

Aumake (ASX: AUK) has been appointed as the exclusive global distributor across all channels for the products listed under the agreement, which includes minimum purchase commitments of $10 million over the initial term and $2.5m annually.

Failure to meet either the annual or aggregate minimum sales thresholds may result in termination of the exclusive distribution rights.

EZZ Life Science (ASX: EZZ) said the structure of the deal provides both revenue visibility and disciplined risk management, ensuring exclusivity is tied directly to performance.

Aumake will be responsible for executing global sales and distribution activities in line with EZZ’s product specifications, brand guidelines and operational standards.

While Aumake will manage channel execution, EZZ will retain full ownership of all intellectual property and maintain oversight of product integrity, branding and compliance.

The initial term is four years, starting this month, with automatic renewal periods subject to performance and termination provisions.

The agreement with Aumake aligns with EZZ’s strategy to expand global distribution through established platforms and channels, while maintaining disciplined capital allocation and brand control.

Aumake focuses on delivering high-quality brands and products from Australia and New Zealand into Asian markets, leveraging its infrastructure, platform experience and channel relationships to drive cross-border growth.

The company positions itself as a pioneer in introducing premium ANZ brands to consumers across the Asian market.
