EZZ Life Science (ASX:EZZ) will see its skincare and health supplement range meet a wider audience, selling its products on the online marketplace of
Australia’s largest retail pharmacy Chemist Warehouse.
EZZ is working to become a top life science company in Australia and New Zealand.
Its core focus has been on genomic health and developing a product pipeline of healthcare solutions based on genomics research.
The company offers health supplements, health food, haircare, children’s health, and probiotics under the brand EZZ.
It also has exclusive distribution rights for the EAORON brand of skin care products to pharmacies, supermarkets and specialist retailers in Australia and New Zealand.
The Chemist Warehouse marketplace will stock an initial selection of EZZ-branded products, with plans to introduce more in the months ahead.
Initial products include:
- L-Lysine Growth Capsules
- Bone Growth Chews
- Children’s Eye Health
- Luminescent Beauty
- Magnesium Plus
- Liver Tonic
- Men’s Performance
- Sugar Metabolism
- Joint Energy Boost Tablets
- Brain Focus Superblend
Expanding omnichannel distribution channel
EZZ has been expanding its omnichannel distribution strategy.
The company’s move onto Chemist Warehouse’s new marketplace complements its recent launches on eBay, Amazon Australia, and across 700 pharmacies.
Launched last year, Chemist Warehouse’s marketplace is powered by Australian Software as a Service (SaaS) company Marketplace.
Chairman Glenn Cross says the move onto Chemist Warehouse’s marketplace will enable EZZ’s skincare and health supplement range to reach a wider audience.
“We are delighted to establish this new distribution channel with Chemist Warehouse, bringing our products to more consumers across Australia,” he says.
“Chemist Warehouse is Australia’s largest retail pharmacy, and we are delighted to be part of its new marketplace initiative.”
EZZ on Strong growth trajectory
EZZ was recently recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of the top 100 companies in Australia experiencing international revenue expansion.
In its preliminary results, EZZ reported revenue growth of 147.3 per cent, reaching $37.1 million in FY23.
Additionally, EZZ is a finalist in the Life Sciences Category for the Australian Growth Company Awards, with the award winners set to be announced on October 18.
The company has also earned a finalist spot in the eCommerce category for the NSW Premier’s Export Award, and the award winners for this category will be revealed on October 23.
EZZ recently exhibited at the TFWA World Exhibition and Conference in Cannes, France, the world’s largest gathering of professionals from the duty free and travel retail sectors.
Its products are distributed in more than 20 countries worldwide, with key markets including Australia, China, New Zealand, and Singapore, where the brand has become synonymous with quality and efficacy.
In September the EZZ formally launched a two-year partnership with Aubay Pty. Ltd. (HIC), which had been announced back in May.
Servicing more than three million consumers across 27 countries, including in key markets such as China, the UK, and the USA, HIC’s social e-commerce model provides a further unique opportunity for EZZ products to reach consumers outside of its existing distribution channels.
