Management Team

Mr. Guarna has over 30 years’ experience as a chartered accountant having worked with Deloitte, BDO (both nationally and internationally), and Nexia. Commercially he has solved problems at Energy Australia, University of Sydney, and Macquarie University, has worked in senior financial roles at Tower Life, Electroboard Group, the Australian Institute of Higher Education, Austral Gold Limited (ASX: AGD), Aumake Limited (ASX: AUK), and Freedom Insurance Group Limited (ASX: FIG). He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and on the Advisory Board of Medigalaxy.

Ms. Climo is an experienced company secretary and lawyer, and holds both a Bachelor of Laws from QUT and a Certificate in Governance Practice from GIA. She has acted as company secretary to a range of listed and unlisted Australian and foreign companies and has experience in governance and board management.
